AUTHORIZATION

I accept as an individual and as a representative of the producing entity the following conditions of participation in the 5th CINETORO Film Festival (2012):

A. If selected, I will comply with the Call for Entries by supplying the specified material by the requested date

B. Up to 10 seconds of the selected works may be used to promote the Festival in media including television, internet and print.

C. The Festival may promote the submitted work using the promotional materials supplied for it.

D. If selected, the works will be screened more than once for educational and non-profit purposes. No commercial use will be made of the work unless terms have been agreed between the Festival and the film-makers.

E. I agree to supply, as far as possible, any additional artistic or promotional information on the work which the Festival may request if it is selected.

F. If selected, the work will be part of a revolving collection representing the Festival and its conceptual and curatorial aspects. Name ID Number and type (eg passport)
